Personalised Engraved Wooden Pet Portrait

Personalised Engraved Wooden Pet Portrait – Created From Your Own Photo

Turn a favourite photograph into a beautiful personalised engraved pet portrait, created especially for you from your own image.

Each portrait is individually prepared and carefully laser engraved onto white MDF wood, capturing the unique features and character of your pet to create a completely one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Perfect for dogs, cats and other much-loved pets, our wooden pet portraits make a gorgeous addition to your home and a thoughtful personalised gift for any animal lover. They can also be a particularly special pet memorial or remembrance gift, creating a lasting tribute to a pet who is no longer by your side.

Created from your photograph

Every portrait begins with the photograph you provide. Your image is carefully cropped, prepared and converted specifically for engraving before being transferred onto wood.

No two portraits will ever be exactly the same – because no two pets are exactly the same.

Portrait size – up to A4

Your finished engraved portrait will be up to A4 in size.

The exact dimensions will depend on the shape and proportions of the photograph you submit. We will never stretch, squash or distort your pet's image simply to force it to fit A4 dimensions.

Instead, we retain the original proportions of your photograph and size the portrait accordingly. This means your finished piece may be slightly smaller or a different shape than A4, but your pet will always look as they should.

Choosing your photograph – please read before ordering

The quality of your finished engraving is directly affected by the quality of the photograph you provide.

For the best possible result, please choose a clear, high-quality photograph with good lighting, where your pet is in focus and their features can be seen clearly. Original photographs are preferable to screenshots, compressed social-media images or heavily filtered pictures wherever possible.

Photos that are dark, blurry, very low resolution, strongly shadowed or where important details of your pet cannot clearly be seen may result in less detail in the finished engraving.

We will always prepare your photograph carefully to achieve the best result we can, but an engraving can only reproduce the detail available in the original image. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a crisp, highly detailed result when the photograph supplied is poor quality. If we don't believe your photograph will produce a finished portrait that meets our standards, we'll contact you and ask for an alternative image before proceeding.

While we carefully prepare and optimise every photograph for engraving, please remember that laser engraving is an interpretation of the original photograph and the finished result will naturally differ from a printed photograph.

A little piece of them, made to keep

Whether it's a favourite photograph that deserves to live somewhere other than your camera roll, a unique personalised pet gift, or a way of remembering a companion who left paw prints firmly behind, your portrait is individually created to turn one special image into something you can display and treasure.
