Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched using Evri's Standard delivery service. Your persona information (address, phone number and email address) will be passed on to Evri in order for them to send you updates about your parcel. 
Unfortunately we cannot chase Evri for undelivered parcels until 10 working days have passed from the day your parcel was collected. Please do not contact us to chase parcels before this time has passed.
